You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

Brilliant

I’ve been using WUKA period pants for a while now and honestly wouldn’t go back.
First thing — no leaks at all, even on heavier days. That was my biggest concern switching from traditional products, but they’ve been completely reliable.
Secondly, no smells. They stay fresh all day, which makes a huge difference for confidence, especially when you’re out and about.
They’re also really comfortable — soft, breathable, and they don’t feel bulky like you might expect. You can wear them all day without even thinking about it.
And a big bonus: seamless design. No visible lines under clothes, so they work perfectly with anything you wear.
Overall, super impressed — practical, comfortable, and they just work exactly as they should. Definitely recommend 👍

A very important product.

A very important product that I wish had been around more of my life. I tried them as I have a medical issue and have needed to find a solution before turning to surgery. This product has helped me manage my life properly, although still tough, I can leave the house during difficult days which is important for work and as a parent. They are also superior to other products and I was surprised that they stay so clean and dry.

These are great period pants

These are great period pants. My 11 year old started her periods last Christmas so I bought her some Wuka pants to try. She finds the Basics bikini range so comfortable that she now wears these every day of the month. The super heavy flow teen stretch are brilliant on her heaviest days. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve started buying various pants for myself. Unfortunately I’ve had to return 2 pairs so far this year - 1 was not the right fit/shape for me, and 1 was unraveling at the seam. BUT both times the customer service was exceptional (Sabina & Prava - thank you!). I highly recommend these pants & this company.

Comfortable to wear, not efficient in my case.

Comfortable to wear, probably can absorve high amount of blood. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me due to having big blood clots in my period which leaked through within half an hour. It was on one of the lightest days of my period (last day) and I mistakenly thought I wouldn’t need the menstruational cup if I wear a period pant of this strength. I believe this could be different for those who don’t pass big clots.

Best for all day

I work in a hospital and suffer badly with super heavy flow day 1. In the past, I often didnt get a chance to change pads and leaked through but these pants have genuinely been the best thing I've ever tried! I won't go back to pads. Even when I get a bit sweaty between my legs from moving, the material means it doesn't absorb the sweat and cause leakage like other brands I've tried. Bring on the long shifts!

Great Comfort but Sizing Feels Different

Super comfortable during heavy period days. However, it seems the sizing has changed slightly. The size I previously bought used to fit well, but now going one size down seems to be a better fit.

I am shocked

Honestly, I thought they would not work. My periods are very heavy and I have enduring years of leaking. I ordered the heavy flow and I wore for the first time yesterday on my heaviest day and no leakage. I wore for about 4-5 hours. On the thickest Always pads I was running to the bathroom every 2 hours totally saturated and leaking. These really work. I am in shock and happy:)

I used it only once so far on not so heavy period and didn't leaked but I felt the swimwear was but chunky I didn't feel too comfortable to wear it to be honest. It doesn't nicely fit the body and that's my only crtiticsm. But I value that you don't use harmful substances to produce these panties.

Better pants than other brands

Good pants for heavy periods but I wish the gusset was longer for overnight as I still had to get up lots on the first heavier nights of my period.
